PINE MUSE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of the Users who use the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as the “User(s)”) and is doing its best to protect the personal information of Users.

Article 1. Items And Purposes Of Personal Information To Be Processed
When the User use the service, the Company, with the consent of the User, collects name, gender, date of birth, nationality, mobile phone number, e-mail address, password, SNS account, nickname, personal identification information (CI), duplicate identification information (DI), etc., and uses them for the purpose of the User identification, membership management, restriction of violations of laws and the Terms and Conditions, etc.
When the User uses the service, the Company collects the Users’ access logs, IP information, cookies, and records of defective and illegal use, and uses them for the purpose of securing service stability, improving services through analysis of service use records, etc.
When the User uses cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal service, the Company may collect the User’s name, gender, date of birth, copy of ID card, and face photo for identification, and use them for the purpose of identity verification.
When the User uses NFT (non-fungible token) trading service, the Company collects the User’s wallet address, NFT sales, bidding, and purchase information, and uses them to provide service usage records, NFT product trading information, etc.
When holding an event, the Company collects personal information of the Users collected and notified of use for each event and uses it for the purpose of providing event-related information, promoting the event, etc.
Article 2. Processing And Retention Period Of Personal Information
The Company processes personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information with the consent of the User or the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, and the retention and use period of each personal information is as follows.

- Records on specific financial transactions and identity verification: 5 years (Act on Reporting and Use of Specific Financial Transaction Information, etc.)
Article 3. Provision Of Personal Information To Third Parties
In processing Users’ personal information, the Company does not process or provide it to a third party beyond the scope of its original purpose except in the following cases.
- When separate consent is obtained from the User
- If there are special provisions in the law
- When the User or legal representative is in a state where he or she cannot express his or her intention or prior consent cannot be obtained due to unknown address, and it is clearly deemed necessary for the imminent benefit of life, body, or property of the User or a third party
- When it is not possible to perform the duties prescribed by other laws if personal information is used for purposes other than the purpose or if it is not provided to a third party, and it has been reviewed and decided by the Personal Information Protection Committee
- When it is necessary to provide to foreign governments or international organizations for the implementation of treaties or other international agreements
- When necessary for the investigation of crimes and the filing and maintenance of prosecutions

Article 4. Procedure And Method Of Destruction Of Personal Information
If personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the purpose of processing, the Company destroys the personal information without delay. Provided that if the User obtains separate consent for the retention period of personal information, or if the relevant laws impose an obligation to keep it for a certain period of time, the personal information will be safely stored during the relevant period.
The Company destroys personal information in the form of electronic files by permanent deletion in a way that cannot be restored, and destroys personal information of records, printed materials, writings, and other recording media other than electronic file forms by shredding or incineration.
Article 5. Consignment Of Personal Information Processing
In order to provide smooth services, the Company outsources some of its work, and manages and supervises the entrusted Company to safely process personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Regarding the processing of personal information, the Company entrusts system development and operation work for service provision to WHOIS HR and server rental and operation to Hana IDC, respectively, and WHOIS HR and Hana IDC use and store personal information collected during the consignment work until the consignment work is terminated or the purpose of use is achieved.
Article 6. Rights Of Users And Legal Representatives And Method To Exercise The Rights
Users may withdraw their consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time by withdrawing from membership.
Users can view, modify, or delete their personal information from member information at any time.
Users may request suspension of processing of personal information at any time, and the Company may refuse requests to stop processing if there is a special provision in the law.
For children under the age of 14, the legal representative may inquire, modify, delete, suspend processing, and withdraw consent to the collection and use of the child’s personal information.

Article 8. Matters Concerning The Installation And Operation Of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices And The Refusal Thereof
The Company installs and operates cookies that store and retrieve the User information from time to time in order to support the Users to use the website quickly and conveniently and to provide customized services.
The User has the option to install cookies, and the User can allow or refuse to save cookies through the optional settings provided by the web browser. Provided that if the User refuses to install cookies, there may be restrictions on the use of some services that require login.

제 3조 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 처리함에 있어 다음의 경우를 제외하고는 본래의 목적 범위를 초과하여 처리하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
- 이용자로부터 별도의 동의를 받은 경우
- 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우

제 4조 개인정보의 파기절차 및 파기방법
회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리 목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 된 경우에는 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만, 이용자에게 개인정보 보유기간에 대하여 별도의 동의를 얻은 경우 또는 관련 법령에서 일정 기간 보관 의무를 부과하는 경우에는 해당 기간동안 개인정보를 안전하게 보관합니다.
회사는 전자적 파일 형태의 개인정보인 경우 복원이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제하여 파기하며, 전자적 파일 형태 이외의 기록물, 인쇄물, 서면, 그 밖의 기록매체의 개인정보인 경우 파쇄 또는 소각하여 파기합니다.
제 5조 개인정보처리의 위탁
회사는 원활한 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 일부 업무를 외부에 위탁하고 있으며, 위탁받은 업체가 관련 법령에 따라 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하도록 관리, 감독하고 있습니다.
회사는 개인정보 처리와 관련하여 ㈜후이즈에이치알에게 서비스 제공을 위한 시스템 개발 및 운영 업무를, ㈜하나IDC에게 서버 대여 및 운영 업무를 각각 위탁하고 있으며 ㈜후이즈에이치알, ㈜하나IDC는 위탁 업무 수행 중 수집되는 개인정보를 위탁 업무 종료시 또는 이용 목적 달성시까지 이용, 보관합니다.
제 6조 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법
이용자는 언제든지 회원 탈퇴 등을 통하여 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
